Intake Runner Gasket Replacement - Easy Job?

I am ordering a set of [ 12 ] gaskets to replace my intake manifold gaskets thinking I may have a leak there or somewhere nearby.

Is it an easy job to disassemble the air intake system?

Any pointers?

I figure I can eliminate this as a potential contributor to idle surge and I can get a good look at most of the vacuum related items in the vicinity while in the process of doing this. Once I have a good feeling about not having an unmetered leak, and if the suging continues, I'll get the mixture professionally looked at.

thx
