electrical problems

I have a porsche 930 turbo that i rebuilt the motor for a friend. i rebuilt it and now neither of the fuel pumps work. i have traced it back to the air flow meter relay. if i ground the terminal on the relay for the fuel pump turns on but during starting it turns off. any ideas???

Check that you haven't switched the connectors for the airflow switch and the cold start valve (CSV).

CIS works only then starter is on
