3.2 Short stroke spark plugs

I replaced my spark plugs this weekend. I went from Bosch W8DC to W5DC [ actually an NGK BP7ES ] figuring that was a better choice for my higher compression 3.2 short stroke SC. The old plugs had 4500 miles on them from a fresh rebuild and didn't look wonderful. I'm wondering what you guys are running.

Duh, sorry for the typo [brain fart ] on the topic title!!looks like I can't correct it.
