The 928 never came with turbo twists, so if they are genuine Porsche wheels then they are from a 911 or Boxster.

If the are replicas made to 928 spec, the "back offset" should be 6.06"/153.9mm and the "spacing(?)" should be 2.56"/65mm front and 2.17"/55 mm rear. (these are 928GTS specs)

That help any?

yeah Knew they never came with them I am not sure Don't think they are OEM wheels but look very very close to turbo twists however they are 16inch and He bought them froma guy that had them on a 951. I thought I may like them on my car but I was not sure what the offset was...

If the 951 was 1986 or later = then they have a much higher offset. Typically 50-60mm. That would mean you would need big spacers - typically 1-1 1/2 inch on the front and 2-2 1/2 inches in the rear.

16"? hmm.....All of the Turbo twist OE and OEM are all 17" and above. I would be curios to find out who produced them. Milli Miglea(sp?) produced the factory and aftermarket Turbo Twists. Then HRE made some 3 piece versions. If they came off a 951 then they are probably 55-50mm offset (depending on width). Like said above you will need some big spacers to use them.

BTW on some 928s they actually came factory with 3/4" spacers on the back to space out that rediculous 65mm offset. So a lot of time you can get spacers from some of the 928 guys that upgraded wheels pretty cheap. I know I sold the pair I had for $50. They were nice and had hubcentric lips as well.
