Unhappy Brake o'haul/upgrade

Been out of town last 4 weeks, came back, decided to exercise the P car. 2 miles down the road the brake pad warning lite comes on. Pulled wheels & pads today, looks like nothing has ever been done in the brake department, time for rotors, flex lines, pads, caliper re-build, etc. Of course "whileyerinthere-osis" sets in, and I start thinking "upgrade!" Did several searches and only came up with 930 conversion. This seems somewhat complicated, what with finding the parts, machining, etc, and that = long term project. Brembo kit says "stock rotors" with 16" wheels ( don't want to spend $1600.00 and end up with stock rotors, and the 16 large is just for the fronts!)
Anybody have other ideas/suggestions
I plan on DE'ing the car, but have to install roll bar first.
Thanks,
Ted

Hey Jeremy, how's the engine o'haul comming?
I was just on evilbay, and saw lots of 993/996 brake parts but don't know how compatable they are with 911's. What did you have to do to install them??
Ted
