Where does this wire connect?

This is part of the wiring harness and the PO had labeled it "top of engine" then "F & S DSP". As you can see in the picture it's a "T" shaped connector and is housed by a rubber boot.
I've figured out all the other wiring so far, but this one has me stumped!

My WUR only has a single connection and I've located all the other wires for the CIS.
Well, if it starts I'll just check and see what works and what doesn't! If not I'll keep digging.
