Hi, how I can remove the lay shaft gear (intermediate shaft gear) from his shaft and sprockets?

Its been a while since I had to do this so Im a little fuzzy (had to swap a good gear from a bad shaft onto my good shaft w/ a bad gear)

I think you need to remove the chain sprockets first (look at which way the int gear has to go - it comes off in the direction of the bolt heads) . There is a large circlip if I remember correctly and the rest of the process was pretty straight forward w/ a gear puller. Remember to buy new lock tab washers for the gear.

I was trying with a 3 legs pulley but I notice that the sprockets can come easily. I need to use more force to get it out? I need to heat it?

Remove only one chain sprocket on the side where the bolt-heads are.
No heat, just a puller after the circlip is removed.
Remove the little Alu oil plug in the shaft before you use the puller otherwise it will get damaged. This Alu plug will have to come out anyway because you need to clean the inside of the shaft; there is a lot of dirt inside.
The big gear has a code: either "0" or "1", so, order the right one.
When reassembling, use new tab washers on the big gear.
To install the chain sprocket, heat it in the oven to about 250 first, put a little oil on the shaft seat and slide the sprocket on.
