window switch wiring

I recently purchased 3 chrome bezel window switches for my 1973.5 Porsche 911T, which I believed to be period correct for my car. The chrome window switches have a 4 prong connecting system, where as the black bezel ('74 and later) window switches already installed in my car use a 5 prong system. The 5 wire colors that connect to the black bezel window switches, when viewed looking directly at the back of the switch are as follows: top prong- red/black, middle left- green, middle right-black, lower left-brown, lower right-red/white. Is there a way to attach 4 out of these 5 wires to the chrome bezel switch in order for to make it function properly? I hate to have to return the 3 chrome bezel switches, and I'm not sure I even can, because I believe they are period correct for my car. They also weren't cheap. The chrome bezel window switches are original Porsche parts. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.
