Help with Identifying Optional Parts

I just got my Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche for my 1972 911S Targa. The first option is Belgium Equipment. I had assumed that this was a European car based on the headlight buckets but have no idea what was included in Belgium Equipment. Can anyone tell me what this might include? It also talks of white fog lights below the bumper. Do you know if they had "S" type bumpers in Europe or where they standard issue?

Your help is appreciated!
