muffler restrictions??
The last week I've been painting and installing new bumpers/rockers.rear bumper and valence. The car had a single in/dual out muffler, and the stock valence is for single in/single out, so until I get a new muffler I figured I'd cut off the passenger tip, weld a patch over it and install the valence. When I cut off the tip this is what I found(see pic)
I'm wondering since this was obviously an aftermarket muffler, why so restricted? Some butcher just hacksawed the valence and bent it up..
