OK : I had to split my '77 911S rear brake caliper (don't ask!).
My questions are thus ; 1 Where can I get the little donut seal thingies ? 2 Where can I get some new of the 7mm caliper bolts ? 3 What is the torque setting for these bolts ? (I said don't ask !) I hear re-assembling the caliper is not an easy job,so any advice from those with experience would be appreciated.

I did the same thing and was able to get all of the parts from my local Porsche dealer. When I re-assembled I don't remember what I torque spec I used, but I know they were very tight. These calipers are not impossible to put back together. In fact it wasn't that bad at all.

The o-rings for M calipers were available from Porsche a few years ago, they may still be available
![]() The bolts so far as I know haven't been available for a while. People usually replace them w/ some equivalent high strength Torx or allen heads from a specialty fastener house like these guys or these guys
