Sweet wheels!
I love the black on black look. Those wheels look alot like the ones on an Paul van der Linden's duck-tailed 930 that was featured in Excellence- August 2004. The article says his wheels are "magnesium RSR five spoke centerlock"...unobtanium I suppose. His car also had these really cool custom vents in the rear plexiglass window- little round ones that he acquired from an airplane supplier. He also had the section between the tail lights 'drilled out' with seven tennis ball size holes that gave it a racey look. I'll scan some pics later. |

So, how rare are RSR magnesium five-spoke center locks?
The owner of the car revealed that he bought them off ebay for next to nothing- later had to replace one and the single wheel cost more than he paid originally for a set of four! |
