Can corrosion on the DME Relay on a 1987 3.2 cause my coil not to fire?? Just installed this engine in my 1976 911s. I got some good feedback before, but i have tried all of their suggestions with no success. I'm not sure how to check the flywheel sensor. However, I did find SEVERE Corrosion on the DME Relay. Any Ideas??

I would think yes that's entirely possible.
Sometimes my car won't start - I have to put my hand under the seat and 'jiggle' the relay about before it will fire. I know when it needs a 'jiggle' too. The rpm needle doesn't 'twitch' when cranking...
