Cold Start Valve - question
I replaced my CSV and I noticed the flange that fits between the CSV and the throttle body throat has a fitting that looks like a hose goes there. There was no hose on mine. I also notice that this connection is blocked off, ie does not go to anything like engine vacumn.
What gives?
