lifting the 911 SC
I have a Rotary assymetrical arm lift which I like a lot.
However, I have not found a spot to lift the front or the rear of the car. I must be missing something. I have the rubber pads and the extension lift points but I can't see lifting the car by the belly pan ![]() What am I missing and what are you guys doing to get it off the ground for service etc???? thanks

What's a rotary assymetrical lift? Sounds expensive. All I have are two jacks. The small one I use for the front, in between the two torsion bar covers with a 2X4 as a jack pad. The big jack I use for the back on the sump plate with an old yellow pages for a jack pad.

My Rotary Lift is like those you would see in most service bays
http://www.rotarylift.com/Products/Product_Detail/Product_Detail.asp?PN=Two-Post&CAT=Professional%20Automotive%20Service It doesn't seem to work on my 911 though..

In the front lift right behind the wheel in the corner of the "floor" outside the seam.
In the back you can lft at a simular spot right in fron of the wheel.

There are a few guys on this board who own a scissors lift and maybe even a couple with a lift like yours. Maybe they'll chime in and post pics of their lift points. You may want to do a search again for "lifts".
