Don't fret Mark...your little SC is going back under the care of none other than John Walker himself. Plus, it's passenger seat will never be left cold ;)

[B]What a great car Maryanne has been. But early this morning the keys were passed to the new owner, RSlater, and he and ladyfriend Wheels aka Vanessa, start the journey back to Seattle. Mark is sad :( .

Oh, and, I hope her parents like him......

Hi Mark
We got home about 11:00 last night.
Maryanne ran great, did about 90 MPH all the way from Dallas to Tucson.
The parents where awesome, runs in the family. Dad got the bug, he called us yesterday asking how much a 73 Targa with 85,000 miles on it is worth.
Anyway we got alot of pictures to post of the trip, but the problem is we're scrambling to get ready for our trip to Whistler, we leave tomorrow.
So I will have wait till after we get back. :(

UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Well, OK, it's acceptable just as long as you post pic's from the Whistler trip too.

That first pix says it all:
Driving a 911 is life, everything else is just waiting.
Would like some details on the engine: P/C's? 964-cam? CIS?

Suuurrrre, Ginger is drop-dead sexy . . but give Maryanne her dues. She cleans-up great, is a whole lot of fun, AND low maintenance.

Yep, Maryanne gets a bit sweaty in the heat of Texas. I'm glad to hear she's headed back to the NW.

Is THAT the same car?? Cleans up good indeed!

Some digital shots wash out Guards red and make it look a bit faded. Especially true in bright sun. Here are some other shots that show the color in different light.

Just glad it went to a good home......

I exchanged a nice little SC for a C4S also.
Here is the last time I saw it. My wife still punches my arm whenever the subject comes up. She liked the little red car.

A couple of good angles. I can sympathize about losing your baby but life goes on. Mine went to a good home too. He was very excited.
