fuse replacement

Seems as though many problems associated with fuses, corroded fuse holder, etc. keep popping up on this forum. Does anyone ever replace the originals with the good ole USA type glass cylinder fuses? I just seems like with a the genius German engineering they could have come up with a better mouse trap.

Search for "Fred Cook".... A+ upgrade... using ATO fuses....very, very, nice.
