Ahhh Victoria, City of the newly wed and nearly dead! Great place actually, I miss the west coast except for one thing...all the great tracks within a four hour radius of me.
Anyway, schlepp a ferry to Seattle and visit John Walkers shop. Search for him here and you will see he is the man for the PNW.

Give John Walker a call at 206 789 6800. He more than likely knows the best shop in Seattle for a line bore.

Thanks for the plug, but Mr Hines is "the man" from what I know.

Cheers

There are machine shops in Vic that do line boring. What about Cords or JB Precision? Anyway I live in Victoria as well and would love to see your car.

I deal with Gary at Forward, As far as I know most of us do. He says the local machine shops are not the place to take our engines for machining.

Well I can't say that I am surprised. I have known Gary for many years. I used to pick up engine parts for machining from him when he was around the corner from his current location. I worked at Cords Machine shop when it was on Princess street. So for sure send the parts to where he recommends for machining. Happy New Year!

I should clarify. I would not want to get Gary in trouble with the local machinists. My heads are at Cords right now. It is just the case work that he sends out of the area. I will let you know when it is all back together. I am looking forward to March.

Thanks for all the help folks, I have it all worked out now. Couldn't have done it without you.

PK
