Porsche Crest Brembo rotors for 125.00 a pair?!

I stumbled across this ebay ad (item # 8025775782). I don't know how to post a link.
I called the seller and they comfrimed that they are indeed Brembo and they are $125.00 a pair for front and $116.00 a pair for rear. WTF?
FOr this price, it would be dumb to pass on these.

What do you guys think? I am not an ebay user so I don't want to get stuck with something I can't use or resell.

I would check his past history, and gets lots of pictures, that sounds like one of those deals that is to good.

Looks legit...

SC rotors are solid and not vented like the Carrera, so they probably are a fair bit cheaper. If they totally don't work you can make an awful nice clock out of them.

SC rotors are vented just like Carrera's, just thinner. 20mm vs. 24mm for the Carrera.

There's not much special about those prices, that's what Brembo SC rotors sell for, at least undrilled.

I like the drilled look myself, but they will crack. How hard you use them will determine how long they will last. In my experience they had to be replaced due to cracks before they had appreciable wear.

I don't know what your final plans for your car are, but Carrera front rotors and calipers are a nice upgrade for your front (bigger rotors=less fade). Keep your stock SC brakes in the rear and your master cylinder remains stock as well.

Anything more than that requires a new MC, machining, adapters and $1500 plus, at least for options that bring bigger than 24mm rotors.
