Todd,

Did you install the 964 rear lights? How did you get the center reflector to work?

I'm looking to do this mod on my 83 SC and looking for any hints.

Thanks,
Mike

Hey guy's -

Thanks for the kind words, this is my " on going " project car, it never seems to end...lol

Mike and David - the car came with the 964 stuff already on it when I got it , the guy who started the work just got tired of it and quit, if you notice it still has the SC type of moldings below the door on the rocker panels. I like them better than the 964's.

There are several companies that sell the covers, Getty Design is one that I have had good luck using, as to the center lights, there are actually more of them than I am using, I am going to wire the additional sockets that are not being used the first chance I get, I have not been driving the car at night much but would like to have the extra lighting back there. I also picked up a super bright LED light stick that I am putting on as a high mounted third brake light it will be under the rain guard at the top of the rear window but on the outside, it will not be noticeable utill it comes on.

That's my company car in the first pic that you see behind the SC :)

I will look into that clear stuff , does it leave a sticky mess if you have to take it off or turn yellow with age ?

Todd
