Just got my new LM-1.... cool

Like a little kid at christmas, i just opened up my new LM-1 digital A/F meter and wideband O2 sensor. I can hardly wait until i have time to go play with it and log some real time numbers under boost. | ||

i changed the muffler 3 times in the last 3 months... its nice to be able to see what happens to the mixture even with small changes.. went from stock to a right exiting custom and the mixture leaned out a bit.. now i know instantly that its hunting lean. A few seconds with a 3mm and its back to 13.3 with the record button i dont have to look at it when i go do a test run...

I'm running stock CIS, have to comply with smog rules. I bought it for accurate measuring, tweeking for boost, and general system diagnosis. I plan to use the analog out function to power my lambda brain. I'd be interested in hearing (or seeing pictures) of how everyone else installed theirs i.e. mounting, running wires, etc. | ||

l`ve got the PLX unit, the 250 model with dash mount 52mm guage. l will likely upgrade to something with logging capabilities in the future.l turboed my 3.2 and without the wideband l would never know to correct a boost onset lean spot. The wideband technology is the way of the future,l`ll never do another performance project without one
