How do i ...

how do i install the window seals on the door...

do i need to remove the window frame?
any gotchas?

If you are talking about the felt split pieces that the window fits in between, then yes you need to pull the frame. The seals fit the whole frame. If you are talking about the squeegee on the outside of the window then you do not need to remove the frame. Many models have a chrome or black AL trim piece on the outside that just snaps onto the door. Un snap and install new squeegee. There is also a small seal that fits in the AL trim piece for the vent window. If you posted your car model we could give you more detail. Also more specific about which seals.
