Turn Signal Bulb
I am new to the Porsche world and would appreciate your help. I've had my first Porsche, a 1983 911 SC, for a month. To register a used car in Maryland, you have to have it inspected. I just id today and have a question.
Can someone confirm to me what lights should blink on the indicator gauges when I put my hazards on for a 1983 911 SC? On my car, the hazard button that you push on to the left of the steering column blinks, but nothing in the instrument cluster blinks. Should other things on the instrument cluster blink other than the button you push? The dealer seems to be saying that other things should blink. I do have a turn signal indicator on the dash that isn't working, but I think it's just a bulb. The technical article on this site says to get a 12V 2 watt bulb, but all I see sold on the site is a 12V 1.2 watt bulb. Is the 1.2 watt bulb correct? Thanks for your help!
