Good news for Colorado P-Car owners. Repeal smog program?

Heard Colorado is doing away with its smog program next year. Can anyone confirm?

Hmmm, I'll take a 3.6 with PMO's please

If your car is old enough (I think it it is 25 years) you can register as a historic vehicle, smog it once at registration and you are done. I am going to buy one of those 917 engines Wayne recovered and put it in my SC.
