Fiberglass Front Spoiler Search
I'm looking for Manufactures of front spoilers. I have already tried Better Bodies FSR 930, problem with their mold caused fitting issues.

I'll second Bill's comment. My paint guy said it was the best piece of f/g he'd seen.

Rennspeed
After positive feedback from this board I just purchased a front and rear form http://www.rennspd.com/
Aside from the apparent quality the combined F&R RSR cost less than $600..... See the link below for comments on fit an dpictures of mounted bumpers.. Rennspeed RSR / IROC bumpers – Install?? I get them today and fit them tomorrow - I am happy to post more feedback if required. Thanks

I had good luck with Rennspd as well. I got the 935 valence and it virtually bolted right on. Very nice fit, nice and sturdy, I am pleased with the result I got.

I also bought a 964 front lip spoiler from Peter at Rennsport, I'm very pleased with it, both in the way the transaction was done, arrived on time, quality and fit are top notch...

I got mine from fiberwerks ( http://www.fiberwerks.com/ )
I got the center and right openings ported to the large oil cooler in the fender well and it really keeps the engine cool. I will add the brake cooler openings later to cool the brakes. This is on my 74 911 Chris Not perfect...but Im getting there! ![]()

Since I am currently waiting on parts for a clutch replacement. I'm going to try to pre-fit the new spoiler and then take it to the paint shop. Hopefully, the new spoiler will fit better that the last one. One problem I have with it is that it does not have any mounting brackets for the Fog lights openings. Any suggestions for building Fog light mounts on Fiberglass? Or, Anyone ever eliminate the Fog lights and regret it? Bill, from your post, looks like you used your openings for the air duct option. Am I correct?

I later removed the fogs and fabricated some grills from another SC grill for brake cooling ducts.

911's with F/G Front Valance Images
I am looking at replacing my front valance panel on a narrow body 74 911. I am looking for images of fiberglass front valance panels installed on cars. I have been looking at these models.
Any suggestions? Comments? Quality and fit? 930S Factory Style Front Valance Part#:FV-911-02 http://www.rennspd.com/P_Detail.asp?PID=573 http://www.rennspd.com/P_Detail.asp?PID=572 |

Not the best pic but....Rennspeed. No fiberglass bolts right up but this one did not require too much work. It gave me room for my Setrab and brake cooling.
I'd buy from Peter again. ![]()

Thanks for all your postings. I'm pretty happy with the light-weight spoiler from gt-racing.

Bill, a couple of questions. Are you guys using some sort of aluminum channel behind the fiberglass so that you really have some protection on street cars. Also where did you get the grilles? I'm interested in modifying a stock valance by adding some oil cooler/brake cut outs and those little grilles might be just what I need.
