right rear sway bar mount torn from car?

For some strange reason the right rear sway bar mount
is torn with the metal where it bolted to the car.

It is a 73 and nothing was hit or scraped?

Any ideas on best repair.

Looks like some welding will be necessary.

Thanks, Eric

This is pretty normal from stress on the sway bar. Replace the mounting bracket with the new reinforced type and have them welded in. Brackets should be available here at PP.
