are 2. and 2.2 distributor the same
Sorry should know this but want to be sure.
do the 2.0 and 2.2 distributors physically interchange. I think the 2.0 is the small shaft, but do not know what the 2.2 is thanks in advance. brant

I think they are. My 2.2 engine has a Bosch dist. with two peice points, which is supposed to be indicative of a 68 or 69 engine origin. 68 and 69 of course, had a 2.0.
Don't trust me on that... someone who is more sure will be along shortly to clear it up. ![]()
