Where to look for service bulletins ( TSB )
I have tried alldata.com but there is a charge to get the info,is there any other place where i can the service bulletins issued for my 1991 C2 Turbo..

Try eBay. There are a couple of guys selling the bound annual versions of the TSB's for around $25. IIRC one of them goes them by the user id of MNCNC or something close. Do a search for Porsche manuals. Here's a link for a 1991 Turbo Service Manual he has
