SC behaving badly ?

My 1980 Sc has started behaving badly everytime i go past a Hooters !
It will start to misfire and run roughly unless i pull into the Hooters parking lot.
I've checked the plugs, wires, fuel filter, etc. and can't seem to find anything wrong.
Let it sit in the Hooters lot for a few minutes and everything is fine until the next Hooters sign comes into view and it starts all over again !!!

HELP !
