yes and no luck either. appreciate the tips. called sekurit usa and they are just about useless- "refer you to xyz, they will call you back.." 3 x now and they didn't , called safelite dealers locally- "we'll call you back on that sekurit " they did not. gets frustrating! makes you realize why some companies go under

Not sure about Sekurit, but a nation-wide company called "Glass Doctor" carries oem Sigla glass... I called the West LA office.
They can list their supplier, who might also carry Sekurit...

Dave,
Give up on Henry Lisk. Three of us ordered from him six months ago - prepaid + shipping. Trying to get our money back. I tried a guy in my area and got a lead on PPG windshields with only a day lead time. Some have said they may be better than Sekurit. Good luck. I don't know why getting a windshield should be such a hassly.

When my windshield got cracked, I checked around to replace it with oem glass.. my 911 came with Sigla, so I went with that and Glass Doctor installed it for around $640...

Some shops wanted $1000 to do it and it would be shipped from Nevada...

Is Sekurit much better glass than Sigla, or are they about the same????

Ya, it's a pain to replace windshields with quality glass not made in China...

go PPG, had mine done 4 years ago no problems, had the glass out again for paint, whent back in great. I ordered the one with the bluish tint on the top of the wind shield looks good and helps with glare

ppg needs some "spacer" string on the corners to fit right when installing. I thin it is thicker as well. I contacted Sekurit in france and they have forwarded my message to the right person at their usa office. Sigla is reputed to be softer than sekurit , so it tends to scratch and pit easier.
we may put together a large order once we get the details. stay tuned....
