Question vacuum line routing?

Can anyone tell m where this vacuum line goes?
It is teed off of the line that goes from the throttle body to the decell valve on a 1980 SC.
I'm trying to undo a PO trick.
the factory manual doesn't show enough detail for me to make sense of.
tanks.

That's what's thrown me, I know it goes from the throttle body to the decell valve, and it goes somewhere else (the other side of the tee).
That other place is what I haven't figured out yet.

The PO but a screw in the short piece of hose connected to the tee and I'm pretty sure the factory didn't stick screws in the end of vacuum hoses

Here's a scan of the factory manual with the mystery hose outlined in red if that helps:

I think alot of people block off the decel valve hose because they dont like the way the revs get hung up when its connected. In fact, mine has a screw in it also. On mine, the other end went to the cruise control servo ( i think). Its hard to see where all those hoses go with the engine in the car.
