1978 SC
The roller I bought did not have a rear sway bar. I've been collecting parts to get it installed and I now have everything except the bolts that connect the sway bar to the "A" arm. Can anyone give me the specs for this bolt? size, length. I have a couple of spare trans cross member bolts and they seem to be the correct size but I am unsure of the length. Thanks,

The on-line PET is very useful for things like this. You can find it here: http://www.porsche.com/usa/accessoriesandservices/classic/classic-originalparts/originalparts-originalparts/
The catalog shows part number A N 010 156 3 (hexagon head bolt, M 12 X 1.5 X 70).

Stephen,
Glad to help. In a past life I lived in Clear Lake City. Interesting place...

I wouldn't bolt the rear sway bar to the A-arm. It won't handle very good that way.
Oh, and I lived in Clear Lake City too, in '74. Brook Forest nighborhood. 16435 Longvale Dr., the house with the outrageous landscaping. |

It's possible I am calling it the wrong thing. It's the stock location and I will purchase the bolt Porsche calls for.
CL has not changed much but the surrounding areas have grown. They are building a large bypass that will take NASA traffic over Webster and dump it closer to NASA on NASA RD 1. League City wants to put in a board walk from I45 to Kemah along Clear Creek (like San Antonio).
