79 911 turbo power loss
My friend has just bought himself a 79 911 turbo it runs fine until you come to a roundabout, the engine splutters until you straighten up again we have changed one of the fuel pumps that was rather noisy, any thoughts?.

Some pics of the engine bay might help since I bet there are some changes from stock. Since it's fuel injected, a turn shouldn't affect it. Maybe some thing loose?

Does it matter which way you turn?

Wicked looking car! Never seen anything like that before.
Need more info on the engine/mods to help out. Could it be starving for fuel?

As far as I can see, the engine looks pretty stock. The other pic shows the exhaust isn't...

something like an electrical connection or ground may be loosing it's connection. check grounds at the battery to body and trans to body, and both battery clamps. be sure the + clamp isn't contacting the body.
