Engine Bay cleaning tips

Any tips on how to get this engine bay sparking ...

Other than just elbow grease - i there a 'procedure' or a particular technique
........Step 1,2,3,4 etc and suggested cleaning materials chemicals ?

i believe there's a technical article in the 'technical articles' section of pelican (like the first main menu or two inside) that covers this by a pelican member..

Check out http://www.autopia.org they have lots of good info on cleaning and detailing your car. I used to have a thread bookmarked on cleaning your engine bay but I can't find it now....so here is the link, hope it helps.

lots of folks use 'simple green' for the grease, just be sure to wash it all off well.

How to clean your engine from our sponsor, part one and part two. I agree with Phil that the article on engine detailing on the Autopedia web site is very good.
