The car doesn't look that bad to me, although comparing the front flare contours side by side. the driver's side looks to be sitting about 2" lower on the fender(!)

I think if I were to paint a 911 case I might choose the color on a different basis than matching the seats.

Not flesh tone!

It is the (extremely) rare factory linen engine option..........originally developed for Operation Desert Storm............absorbs radar.............minimal infrared signature............speaks 4 languages...........too much to list.............................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ...........................................wait, I'm not finished.......................................... .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ......................

Actually that's a motor meister engine and they used just a little bit too much loctite 571 on the rebuild.

All of that work on a '70T. And he could have just started with an SC and replaced the fenders...

Are the photos of the engine the same engine? Notice one has the rear valance stickers in place and one does not.

Hmmm.

"all need brakes " Yes, I feel we all need brakes.

" stainless steal" I guess that means he got a 'clean getaway'.

" head unit with 6 dics player" Please tell me this isn't his girlfriend.

"u can hear the motor camming while its idleing" He should get that fixed before he sells it.

This is really a paris to dakar rally porsche, the " flesh tone" coating is for anti-corosion. the low fender is for there because there are mostly right tuns in this rally, so you run a smaller rim/tire on this side for quicker steering.....

If you can make it through his second write up it explains (in his own way) that he added the stickers. Now its worth every penny of whatever the bid gets too because the stickers easily add a couple grand to the value.

If the body was solid, it'd be a nice candidate for an RSR or ST replica, the flares are already there. If it's a real early Turbo rear decklid, those are nice too. Too much money has been bid already though. On the case, I bet it was a cheap spray can application, or the like, and could easily be removed. They look like Zeniths too, not Webers? I can't really tell.
