What are the best prices people are seeing for Caymans?

I just searched mbr's posts. They are all identical.
I'd say not much of a contributor to the Porsche community. |

I've been seeing Cayman prices in the high $50s to low $70s here in Boston. Lowest was $58k.

What was the question?
Shopping for a Cayman S myself, I was interested to see some insightful comments.
- Did more than one person answer the original question? The wheels seemed to have fallen of of this cart. Here in the New York tri-state area, noone seems to be negotiating Cayman S prices at all - the concept seems to be "you want one, you pay for it." |

My God!!! What was that link all about. . . .
qlander: My point exactly. Maybe in other areas of the country dealers are willing to negotiate - not around here. |

Give it a year or two...the "porsche" classifieds in the morning paper here were offering lots of Boxsters and Cayennes. The Cayman will follow in that category soon enough.

Like with all things new and desireable, the newness has to wear off, and ample supply has to saturate the market before the prices start leveling out. Ecno 101, supply vs demand.
I would imagine the LA area, where the competition (dealers) are many, will be the first area to level.

I've heard as high as $5k off in the SoCal area. My brother got $1500 off here in Ohio (in early Feb).
