fan shourd material
what is the stock fan shroud made of? Is it Magnesum like the fan?

No...fiberglass or something similar.

The metal circle surrounding the Fan (fan housing) is made of magnesium. The engine shroud over the top of the cylinders is dye-impregnated-fiberglass.
