high idle question.

Regarding this issue, my 911 used to run perfectly fine. After I clean my ICV of my Lexus, my 911 has the issue of high idle
Normally it's run around 800-850 RPM. Now, everytimg I stop the car, I realize that it's stays at 1000. Anyone know if there is any things is about to go so I should be prepare? Before I have to mess with the idle/mixture screws.
Thanks.
