kumho escta SPT
got these from tire rack a while ago and had them put on today. I had S0-3's on there before that got pretty hashed on a lapping day. I staggered the install, front first to see if it solved some wondering issues, and it did. Today I got the rears put on and drove for a while.
The SPT's matched exactly size wise with the S0-3's, the escta MX didn't come in 215/45/17. The sidewalls on these looks just like the S0-2, kinda protruding out at the edge next to the rim lip. Anyway, they're cheap, we'll see how long they last. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I just put the exact tires on my SC last night. Got them UPS yesterday and couldn't wait. I dropped the rims and tires off at the tire store and went home to install new front strut inserts(koni sports) then went back and got the new skins. Ride is nice...want to see how they perform on the track. I'm impressed with the V700, and Victoracers we have on a Spec Miata, so I figured I'd give Khumos a try on the P-car. At $74/71 tire how bad could a bad decision be? Brian

Well I guess that I might be the third person to put these on a 911.
Jerry how are they holding up? Do you track and how do they perform? I had pirelli sp7000 on before, the side wall on the p7000 seemed to be thicker. Bob
