Aluminum trailing arm question
HI,
Wondering about the aluminum trailing arm upgrade people seem to do - I have a 72E that I'd like to do it to, but am confused as to what year trailing arms will work on this car without changing geometry or opening a whole new can of worms. Can anyone tell me which year(s) aluminum arms are a direct bolt on for a 72? Thanks in advance. Steve |

The '74-'77 arms are a direct bolt-in, since they have the same swaybar mounts.
Make sure you get all the hardware with your arms. The bearings and hubs are different than the steel arm pieces. BTW, hang on to your old parts, since the value of an original early car is not going to get any lower in the future. Congrats on owning the best year!
