ST update 3/27/06

Sorry no pics for quite a while... been working on all the small details. The last 10% will kill you!!! The car NEEDS to be running within 2 weeks and it looks like I am on track for that goal. The interior should be finished tonight.

Take a look, here are some recent pics...

Looks amazing. PERFECT stance and that color is so appropriate!

Great work. Any reason your keeping the chrome bumper trim behind the rear wheels?

Chrome trim? Well, I thought the leading edge on the steel rear bumper looked a little unfinished so I put the deco trim on it. Had it been a fiberglass bumper, then I would have left it off.

Specs... hmmm, 3.2 with upgrades, LSD 915, S alloy brakes, Alloy trailing arms, Bilstien Rally shocks, Weltmeister sways and 22, 28mm T-bars. Just light and fun... Alloy deck lid and license plate panel, entire body media blasted to remove all undercoat etc...

Wheels and tires... 8, 9 x 15 factory fuchs, 225/50/15 fronts and 245/50/15 rears.

1.) Love the shot of your car pointed directly toward the police car !

2.) Put a rubber cap on the positive side of the battery terminal before your burn that beauty to the ground...just playin' nanny.....

I love that color.

My only change would be the chrome-trimmed front and rear lenses, to match the chrome horn grilles and rear grille. And then maybe a silver-spoke Prototipo? But then, I get a little too obsessive about this stuff.

Gorgeous car, and great details all around. One of my favorites.

Jack, I agree about the lenses but I don't think you can buy the silver trimmed lenses anymore...therefore, I am stuck with black...at least for now.

Is it a fiberglass or metal insert for the battery which fits into the smugglers box? Beautiful job.
