Does anyone know how much to ship an engine from Texas to the West coast?

As above. Does anyone of a good shipping company?

Thanks,

John

Check out www.freightquote.com

You input the from/to locations, weight (300lb ish for an engine), how packed (pallet), and if the shippers truck needs a liftgate or if the sites have loading docks. You then get quotes from several shippers.

I recently bought a 3.2 shipped in a crate (a bit heavier but safer than on a pallet) from NC to CA - ran a bit over $300.
