How engine bay can change over 6 years

Just found some old pictures from when I bought my car 6 years ago. Has changed quite a bit over the years and I had almost forgotten how bad it looked back then. Amazing what a bit of cleaning and some paint can do. Should be motivation for everyone to take as many pictures as possible before, during and after any project. Its fun watching them once everything is finished.

Looks like you are ready for Sonoma.

Yep some elbow grease and a little paint sure help. Something to do on winter nights.

Wish mine looked like that. We can put our cars side by side at Sonoma for "before" and "after" pics.

Looks great! Must have taken a fair amount of elbow grease.

Glass bead blasting and then a good coat of Carnauba wax. New coat of wax once a year and in between some WD-40. Holds up quite well.
