Air conditioner vents
New member here with a recently acquired 912E. A couple of my air conditioning vents are missing some directional vanes and the cross tie bar for the vanes. Does anyone know of a source for these vents or vent parts or does anyone have any removed items they would part with?

Welcome.
Suggest to place this in the classified section as well. Good luck. Jason

Hard to come by. I'm working (as time permits) on 3D modeling the vanes and crossbars, so they can be 3D printed. I'm not very fast with 3D CAD work, I've got the crossbar almost dialed in, the vanes are taking longer. Will post here when I have them ready and tested.

Thanks for the suggestion and will post to the classified section as well. I also posted to the 912 section. Would be nice to have some printed replacement parts! Will be watching for them.

Relating to this subject, in the past I have had various flat plastic parts made out of ABS by sending my CAD drawing over to Polulu Robotics in Las Vegas. Arthur (if he still works there) was really helpful. I'm sure they can laser-cut duplicate vanes like you show really quick and accurate and for very reasonable prices.
