Willow Springs Raceway
3500 75th St West Rosamond, CA 93560 Directions (from the 405 near the Getty Center) 1. Go north on I-405 N toward Sacramento - drive 14.5 mi 2. Merge onto onto I-5 N - drive 3.1 mi 3. Take the exit onto CA-14 N toward Palmdale/Lancaster - drive 55.3 mi 4. Take the W Rosamond Blvd exit 55 to Rosamond/Edwards AFB - drive 0.2 mi 5. Turn left at W Rosamond Blvd - drive 5.3 mi 6. Turn right at 75th St W - drive 0.5 mi There are two signs and two entrances on the right for Willow Springs, both shortly after a big bible quote sign. Take the second entrance, which is labeled as the Main Entrance. This is technically 75th St. W, but it's really the entrance driveway. Stop at the gate to sign the release and get a wristband.

In the POC the SC's are in I class. The POC site shows I Prepared record at 1:36 and I Stock at 1:45. That stock record seems slow, but most people in POC aren't running stock cars..

I didn't have a Hot Lap or timer, but my cohorts did a sidline timing of some of my last laps today. 1:45-ish is what I was told. This was a couple laps before I lost the tail whilst throttle steering in 2. No worries though. Think I just need an alignment check and some new tires (flatspots). Nothing seemed to be broken. EDIT: Ok, Radu is an a$$. More like 1:50ish.
