Boston P. Mechanics - North Shore

Looks like I need to see my PCar towed to someone with more experience than I tonight (see Stranded - need diagnosis help)
and I need a mechanic on Boston's North Shore to go to. The two I am aware of are Autobahn and Stuttgart NE.

Anyone know which is better?

Ted

I'd take it to Autobahn. I don't know how they are as a business but the owner has always been very generous when it came to helping someone at the track events I've been to.

I've never been to autobahn yet. IIRC they are behind the gulf station on the southbound side of Rte 1, does this sound right?

I don't know where they are. My car went there once for corner weighting (from the bodyshop) but I didn't accompany it.

I just had work done on my 83 SC, at Autobahn in Peabody, and am quite happy. I have also had them service my 2002 Audi allroad.

You should find directions on their website. Mike Flannigan is the service coordinator and Rick Hethrington is the owner. Great folks. Tell them Brian Butler sent you.

Another recommendation for Autobahn. I'm pretty sure it will be cheaper for you if you don't tell him I sent you They have taken excellent care of my previous 951, 944S2, and my current 964.
