Raplacing 993 Intake ruber sleeves

I would like to replace the intake rubber sleeves on my 993Vario engine.

I did some search but was not able to find much. my main question is : do I have to remove the intake completely or by loosing the clamp would I have enough movement to take the rubber sleeves out?
