Anyone Else going to the ALMS Race at Lime Rock?
Anyone else going to LRP on Saturday, July 1? Is the PCA going to have a corral there?

CVR has a corral planned for the race on Mon. I'm going Sat. to check out the Spyder and watch qualifying.

I am planning on attending at least one day of the weekend. Not sure if it will be qualifying or race day yet. Most likely qualifying to avoid the larger crowd.

Well, there IS a race on Monday, it's a Regional SCCA race. If it wasn't a one day affair, more would show up to run and I'd recommend it, LOL. Sometimes the IT races are better than certain pro races from a cut and thrust point of view. (No match for the bling/performace/money expenditure aspect of ALMS though!)

I will be at Lime Rock on Saturday, all day probably.
I know I've met a few of you over the years, but I'm not sure if I'd recognize you. Keep a look out for my white 944NA (not too many of those in that color)... I will be wearing a black Porsche polo shirt

I was there today. The Porsche deal is immediately on the right as you enter the infield, with parking around the skidpad. I'll be there near lunch and I'll be wearing a medium blue (faded) Lime Rock golf shirt, and carrying a black/tan knapsack.
BTW, the Porsches are, I think 1st and 2nd OVERALL, with the Dyson in 3rd, and the Audi (one car only) in 4th. I might have the 2-3 spots flipped, but the ! 1 spot is all porsche. Wow. The Aston is on pole with the Corvette second, and I think a Ferrari 3rd..
