B Pillar question
Maybe this is dumb. I did a search and did not find anything... so here goes. I have noticed that many 74-89 911's seem to have a little imperfection on the "B" plillar just below the rain gutter, and between the rear quarter window and the front door windows. It almost looks like it was the area of a factory weld, or it could be accident damage. It's perplexing but I see it on many of these 911's including my own. Sometimes it's not visible, but if you run your finger along ths area, you will oftern find a little bump. Any thoughts? Have you guys noticed this? Is this a known issue and I am just a little late?
