DFW get together this Saturday (6/10)
Doing a temperature check to see if there is an interest in getting together this Saturday at the usual Starbucks at Frankford/Preston. Say 9am?
After seeing Ed's beautiful 928 last time I was peer pressured into getting my own, so I've got a 'new' 1991 928 GT to show off. It's Coral Red Metallic, something you don't see very often. Who's in?

Well, how can I pass up on this opportunity? I'll actually take Ruby this time, as it's been a while since I had her out for a fun run. But, that means I forego the comfort of A/C....oh, the sacrifices one must make.

Buying it, that's another story....I've done my car buying for the year. Yours is one of the C2's that made me change my stance on them, it's beautiful.

I look forward to it. The problem is my car is in the shop for valve guides and while it is apart we are replacing the rod bolts and adding a better set of cams, stronger springs, and studs.
The C-2 looks great.

Sorry/Glad to hear your car's down. Upgrades are cool, not driving isn't. The selfish bright side is that yours won't be there to overshadow the rest of our vehicles.

I am not so sure about that. But the ride to work is not near as enjoyable in a Chevy S-10 pickup truck when compared to a 911.
I made so replacement door panels out of aluminum. They would look good on a DE car or a Carrera RS clone.

Wish I could be there.. but I have to tune up the six for the Maverick region AX on Sunday.
It keeps fouling out plugs, and I am thinking about converting it to aftermarket EFI.....
